Jamie Bell. (Yes, the kid from Billy Elliot.) He's 23 years old now and still acting, if that's at all relevant. He looks a bit younger than most of the dream boats you blog about, but I'll let you be the judge. I'm 16 and I've wanted to make out with him ever since hormones came into my life.
